Program Description:

Training for your first 5K? The Fitness Factory’s 9-week Fit to 5K program is designed for beginner and intermediate runners looking to build endurance, confidence, and be fully prepared for race day. This structured program leads directly into the Exeter Run for Hope 5K, making it the perfect way to train with guidance and support.

Program Details:

  • 9-week outdoor training program (April 10 – June 5)
  • Fridays from 6:15 – 7:15 PM
  • Small group training (limited to 10 participants)
  • Includes custom “Fit to 5K” shirt
  • Includes registration for the Exeter Run for Hope 5K Race

Who It’s For:

Beginner to intermediate runners, especially those preparing for their first 5K.
